Subject: [ruby-core:67707] RBIGNUM_DIGITS missing

Hello.  I noticed with 2.1.0 RBIGNUM_DIGITS is present in ruby.h file.
However, with 2.2.0 it no longer appears to be.  Could someone please
confirm this is expected, and/or suggest a workaround?
