lol. - Apache has meritocracy policy, not bureacratism. but -- I agree
that it seems to be.

I am now talking with Rails representative as well. I think that your 
experience on Ruby change the Apache Software Foundation.

I am just a "liason". -- nothing related to apache.org any longer
(ex apache folk, though)

# I graduated from the Univ. of Tokyo, Law degree - so, licensing
