Subject: Problem with 1.8.3, extensions

Hi all,

Ruby 1.8.3
Solaris 10

I can't build any extensions with 1.8.3 at the moment.  Every one I've tried 
results in the following, regardless of how simple the extconf.rb file is:

root@~/local/src/ruby/sys-cpu-0.5.2-526>sudo make install
./install-sh -c -m 0755 cpu.so 
/opt/local/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.8/sparc-solaris2.10/sys
sh: ./install-sh: not found
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target 
`/opt/local/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.8/sparc-solaris2.10/sys/cpu.so

 From the Makefile:

INSTALL = ./install-sh -c

What the heck is that?  Am I supposed to have that somewhere?

I don't see this in the Makefile generated by 1.8.2.
