to create the Build-in Classes.

So the functions:
    rb_define_class
    rb_define_class_under
    rb_define_module
    rb_define_module_under
    rb_define_method
    rb_define_singleton_method
    Are use exclusively by the Ruby API (internals)?

All Ruby Level Class construction is through eval.c and NODE_CLASS Processing. Correct?
