How about to describe :MACH_ABSOLUTE_TIME_CLOCK_MONOTONIC after
:POSIX_TIME_CLOCK_REALTIME ?

:POSIX_GETTIMEOFDAY_CLOCK_REALTIME and :POSIX_TIME_CLOCK_REALTIME are
documented emulations using gettimeofday() and time().
