I see, I'll revert the commit.

I think it should at least be mentioned somewhere Darwin now supports
CLOCK_MONOTONIC (might be worth precising via mach_absolute_time()).
Indeed, this is an emulation, do you have an idea to document that
nicely?

For the version, it seems those function have been available for such
a long time that the version would not matter much here.
