bcc32 5.6.4, winxp
make fails with:
bcc32 -q -tWR -tWC -O -6 -w- -wsus -wcpt -wdup -wext -wrng -wrpt -wzdi
-DRUBY_EXPORT -I. -I. -I./missing -c .\io.c
Error E2451 .\io.c 401: Undefined symbol 'F_GETFL' in function wsplit_p
*** 1 errors in Compile ***

Stable snapshot (Jul 15) is Ok
