I notice a lot of
"Subject changed from Remove 'useless' 'concatenation' syntax to Remove
&#x27;useless&#x27; &#x27;concatenation&#x27; syntax"

Looks like a bug in redmine?... we're running a customized version of
redmine, if I recall correctly?

Anyways to update/fix/report it?
