Issue #7721 has been updated by jonforums (Jon Forums).


Nice `Process.spawn` spelunking.

The patch also works for me on Win7 32bit with mingw-w64 4.7.2 on `ruby 2.0.0dev (2013-01-22 trunk 38896) [i386-mingw32]`
