Hi Martin,

I'm really sorry about this.  I didn't check the ruby-core mailing list
before starting the meeting, and I apologize.  I will make sure to check
the mailing list before the meeting starts next time.

You *should* have been able to access the channel to at least see the
conversation.  Which IRC server were you trying to access?
