Even the most essential questions remain unanswered within a few threads.

It is not fair to let one person deal with the failures of a whole 
team/project.

The most effective thing is the most natural thing:

  * simply answer to the questions.
  * extract corrections which can be applied
    * (e.g. to website/documentation)
      * reducing this way entry barriers
