It's r36253 (the tag commit being r36255), as you can see by going to
https://github.com/ruby/ruby/tree/ruby_1_8_7 and clicking on the
commit and check the number after the "@" on the git-svn-id line :) (I
guess you already know this, just in case)

Otherwise, Shyouhei added the tag, but git might not have fetched tags
of other branches in your local repository, so you need a `git fetch
--tags` (or `git remote update`).
After that, `git log v1_8_7_370` works.
