There is a bug in `gem cleanup` and a separate (and possibly related) bug in `gem uninstall` that I need to fix.

I should be able to complete those fixes by tomorrow Pacific Time.

I would also like to fix RDoc working with `ruby -Ku`.  I have fixed it in RDoc but not released the fix.  I don't think it is critical for RC1.
