Subject: Creating a NoOp Node for 'end' statements

Hello ruby-core,

I think we should generate No-Operation statements at the position of
each 'end' in the source code. This is very usefull inside a debugger
because users can then set a breakpoint at the end of a function or
compound statement.

Maybe the generation of this can be turned on and off so that there is
no influence if you start a program for non debugger runs.
