Subject: [ruby-core:37649] Are the mkmf.rb constants API or implementation detail?

I'd like to clean them up because they show up for ri Object and there are a lot of them.

$ ./miniruby -I./lib -I. -I.ext/common  ./tool/runruby.rb --extout=.ext  -- bin/ri --no-standard -d .ext/rdoc -T Object
