Subject: [ruby-core:35356] suggestion: default irb to saving history

Hello all.
I'm a big fan of irb, but whenever I use it on servers or what not, I
am always surprised that history isn't enabled by default.
Consider this a feature request of such (save to .irb_history in home
dir by default).
