List: ruby-core #35185
Issue #4373 has been updated by Shota Fukumori.

1) Download ruby192-p136 tarball (you can get url from http://www.ruby-lang.org/ )
2) Extract and `cd` to the dir
3) ./configure --prefix=(Where you wanna install ruby) --with-openssl-dir=/usr
4) make
5) make install

I recommend `pwd`/local to testing install. You can run ruby by `./local/bin/ruby`.
