    I would vote for reactivating the email address
(ruby-bugs@ruby-lang.org) for three reasons:

    1) It saves Dave a lot of trouble :o)
    2) We don't have to publish a new "official" URL (or email, or
whatever).
    3) It can be easily redirected to whatever tool or tools we want to
handle bugs in the future.  If something goes down, we could even
temporarily redirect the emails into someone's mailbox until the tool is
repaired or replaced.

    Basically, it allows us an easy measure of indirection while keeping
a consistent interface.  Kind of like encapsulation...
