Subject: URGENT: what's the bug reporting system now?

Hello!

The new PickAxe goes to the printers tomorrow, and while doing a final
pass through it, I realized that the section on bug reporting is wrong.
It says to use ruby-lang.org/cgi-bin/ruby-bugs, but that now gives a
404.

What is the current official way of reporting bugs?

Does ruby-bugs@ruby-lang.org still work?

Cheers

Dave
