If I understood your earlier message correctly, your library cannot 
validate 0.9 or 2.0 feeds. It would seem to be reasonable then to have 
the default validation turned off when parsing them. That is, if I 
require rss/0.9, I would expect that your library would by default set 
"validate" to false, as it is incapable of validating these feeds. 
Having it default to a value which s impossible seems like a bug.
