Subject: [ruby-core:31096] [Bug #3140] gem activation has changed between 1.8 and 1.9

Issue #3140 has been updated by Evan Phoenix.

File undo-prelude-loadpath-3.diff added

I've fixed the issue with the warnings from redefining some constants.

I'd like to get this patch committed to 1.9.2 and 1.9.3.
