Subject: [ruby-core:30713] (preann) planning to release next 1.8.7

Hello all.

I'm planning to release 1.8.7 tarball at some point of this month. Can you
check the current (svn) ruby_1_8_7 to see if I'm missing something. Let me
know when you find something. Thank you.
