Issue #3376 has been updated by Yui NARUSE.

Ruby's String#upcase is for ASCII.

> 2. Regex doesn't work with POSIX bracket classes
> "������������" =~ /[:alpha:]/

"������������" =~ /[[:alpha:]]/ is correct.

> 3. Negated unicode groups don't work
