I'm with Yehuda on this one. I have talked to people at pdx.rb who had 
to deal with invalid YAML problems arising from Syck. I don't see value 
in perpetuating invalid YAML. It would seem better to default to Psych 
and be able to better interoperate with other systems that generate 
correct YAML.
