Hello People,

Failed 2 IO tests during "make test" when I tried to compile ruby-1.9.1-p376 with Cygwin 1.7.

OS version: Windows XP Pro with SP3

Cygwin Version: CYGWIN_NT-5.1 localhost 1.7.5(0.225/5/3) 2010-04-12 19:07 i686 Cygwin
