As far as I know, 1.9.2 is ABI compatible to 1.9.1.

rb_(gc_)mark_method_entry is not public API function.
The functions whose prototype is not included in include/ruby/ruby.h
are considered "just for internal".  Third party must not use them.

It is arguable that all the functions whose prototype is included in
include/ruby/ruby.h are public or not.
Yugui says they are public, but some committers (including I) insist
they are considered "just for internal" unless they are documented.
