memo_reader implies to me that there would be a memo_writer, so I
think memo_method is the better choice (and I like it better than
thunk_method).

Of course a trivial impl of it would be:

class Module
  def memo_method(name, value)
    define_method(:name) {value}
  end
end

... but we'd want a superfast core version.
