[ruby-core:28061] Is there way to iterate over RubyVM::InstructionSequence's ?

Hi -

For an experimental Ruby 1.9 debugger it would be convenient to be able to
get and maintain a list of all RubyVM instruction sequences. Think something
analogous to SCRIPT_LINES__ (a hash where keys are source-code filenames).

Short of iterating over the entire ObjectSpace checking each object, can
anyone think of a better way to do this?

I don't mind patching Ruby 1.9, but of course I wouldn't want to do this if
it were not necessary.
