Subject: [ruby-core:27997] downloads page doesn't link to other versions?

Currently if I want to install 1.8.6 from source, I navigate to
http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/downloads

there's "no link to any version except 1.9.1p367" so I copy and paste
that link into my address bar, and go "hunting" for a tar file for
1.8.7.

Would it be possible to add a link to
http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/downloads that is "older versions can be
found here" ? (either that, or a link to the latest 1.8.6 and 1.8.7
tarballs--either way would fix the slowdown).
