Subject: [ruby-core:27796] [Bug #2637] unable to select for < 0.1s in windows

Issue #2637 has been updated by _ wanabe.


do_select(), in thread.c, waits at least 100 ms on Windows.
(see the line over beginning of BLOCKING_REGION.)

But why?
