Aaron Patterson and I [would like to] maintain this now. We actually have changes we're working on (with Gemstone's feedback for maglev) to improve the performance of it.

I'd also like to propose that we include all of racc in ruby. It is a lot more useful if the compiler is bundled as well as the runtime. This topic can be discussed later tho.
