c:/ruby18/lib/ruby/1.8/pathname.rb:709:in `relative_path_from': different prefix: "c:/" and "C:/dev/ruby/rubygems" (ArgumentError)

(that's not a real error)

Fails on
ruby 1.8.6 (2009-03-31 patchlevel 368) [i386-mingw32]

Works fine/well on 1.9 though.
