Subject: [ruby-core:25964] mis filed bug reports

If i accidentally file a bug under 1.9 that belongs in 1.8, I assume I
should file a new bug under the 1.8 branch of redmine?

Also could I request write access to redmine so I can close a lot of
my own old tickets that are fixed now?
