Subject: [ruby-core:25921] updated version path?

Currently from trunk, for me, gems install into
C:/installs/ruby_trunk_installed/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems

Should that be updated to be 1.9.2? (I assume it should since it's not
binary compat. with 1.9.1)
