Subject: [ruby-core:24829] backtraces expanded?

Background:

currently backtraces in ruby provide only ruby-level line numbers and
information.  This is good [and in most cases, all you need or want
anyway], however it might be nice to also show the lines of C code
[ex: through a C extension through which it passed].
The request is to add addr2line info into exceptions so that they have
a more verbose backtrace.
Thoughts?
