Subject: [ruby-core:24209] Clarifying `caller` Confusion: 1.8 vs. 1.9

The output from Kernel#caller has changed between 1.8 and 1.9. This
caused many of the 1.8 tests to fail. I've modified them all to pass
but I would greatly appreciate confirmation that in doing so I haven't
legitimized any bugs.
