ruby -v: ruby 1.9.1p0 (2009-01-30 revision 21907) [x86_64-linux]

While testing YARD with Ruby 1.9.1-p0, I noticed that rdoc/markup/simple_markup was not being loaded. I then discovered that Ruby 1.9.1-p0 was shipping with an empty lib/rdoc/markup/simple_markup/ directory. This empty directory should probably be removed for future releases.
