Subject: [ruby-core:22045] Behavior of super against undef'ed methods?

I'm still confused by the behavior described in this JRuby bug:

There some peculiarity with how undef, class_eval, and super are 
interacting here I'm not understanding. Ruby 1.9 behaves the same way as 
JRuby, which makes it seem like a Ruby 1.8.6 bug.

Should I file an issue for it, or has one already been filed? I didn't 
find anything in a quick search).
