Since I think we want Ruby impls to always evaluate left-to-right, I 
have filed a bug and modified the specs to expect that ordering. The bug 
is http://redmine.ruby-lang.org/issues/show/1034 and the specs have a 
"ruby_bug" guard to prevent the ordering specs from running on 1.8.
