Subject: [ruby-core:20810] [ANN] The release of 1.9.1 RC was deferred

As a result of Ruby developers meeting on yesterday, I decided to defer
the release of Ruby 1.9.1 RC. This is because YARV takes a little more
time to be fixed and ko1 is too busy.  I prefer a bit of delay to SEGV.

I'm going to release it on 30 Dec. Our target is
 * Fix the remaining issues by 2008-12-28 24:00:00Z
 * Build & test again on each supported platforms on 2008-12-29.
 * Release 1.9.1 RC on 2008-12-30.
