What do you think the best way to do with ruby-mode.el in the standard
distribution?  We have several choices:

 * remove ruby-mode.el from the distribution
 * send me up-to-date ruby-mode.el to me time to time, then I will
   commit it to the repo
 * give you (or other maintainer) commit privilege, and commit the
   changes
 * otherwise

Any idea?
