Hi, developers,

I have reorganized the NEWS files to keep changes between versions
properly documented.  The files hold changes as follows:


trunk/NEWS			changes between 1.9.1 and 1.9.2-to-be

branches/ruby_1_9_1/NEWS	changes between 1.8.7 and 1.9.1-to-be
trunk/doc/NEWS-1.9.1		ditto

trunk/doc/NEWS-1.8.7		changes before 1.8.7 (frozen)
branches/ruby_1_9_1/NEWS-1.8.7	ditto (frozen)

branches/ruby_1_8/NEWS		changes between 1.8.7 and 1.8.8-to-be


When you commit, please keep in mind that you need:

- Move affected entries from trunk/NEWS to branches/ruby_1_9_1/NEWS
  when you merge (user-visible) changes from trunk to branches/ruby_1_9_1.

- Move affected entries from trunk/NEWS to branches/ruby_1_8/NEWS
  when you merge (user-visible) changes from trunk to branches/ruby_1_8.


Lastly, I think there may be some missing entries in trunk/NEWS, so if
you know any user-visible difference between ruby_1_9_1 and trunk,
please add them by yourself before you forget.  For non-developers,
please just tell us here on this mailing list.
