OK, I re-copied configure from the tar archive, and it found ucontext.h 
now. I'm rebuilding and will try running my application again.

One question I have is: Why didn't deleting configure and running 
autoconf create a correct configure? I tried that before re-copying 
configure out of the tar archive, and it still didn't pick up 
ucontext.h. I thought configure was a purely generated file.
