Recent CVS HEAD checsk presense of ieeefp.h, and win32/win32.h
has following code already.

  #ifndef isinf
  #define isinf(x) (!_finite(x) && !_isnan(x))
  #endif

Shouldn't these be unified in defines.h or anywhere?
