Yes, it's the same. I double checked with 'which ruby1.9'.

FYI It was build by:
./configure --prefix=$HOME/opt/ --program-suffix=1.9 --enable-shared
make && make install

Yes, I can debug it with gdb without no problem.

Yes it does. I let them know about issue but unfortunately they can't
reproduce it. I will try to investigate it.
