Subject: [ruby-core:19708] updating the tracker

I am contemplating sending a message to each open ticket on the old
tracker [1]  for the last 6 months to tell them to migrate their bug
to the new tracker [2].  I just don't want to have to worry about two
trackers at once when looking at bug lists.
Any concerns with this?
