oddly I've been getting clean runs on my side.

I'll remove test/testunit. Totally forgotten about on my part.

I'm more than a little confused as to the load error part. I don't  
think it'll help. All tests run via an at_exit, not at require time,  
so I think one of the tests is doing its own require (inside a method).
