I'm very sorry. That's a known bug.
I already fixed on my working copy.

However...
I have a problem to fix on supporting encoding of Ruby 1.9.
And I'm planning to make default widgets selectable between 
standard Tk widgets and Tile Tk widgets. 
Those supports may need large changes.
I'll commit the changes after completing them.
