Isn't it possible to have some 

  myfunc1
    .myfunc2

  that evaluates differently depending on whether you can look ahead (Ruby)
or not (IRB)?  If so, it'd be an unsolvable problem; the psychic dot just
wouldn't work the same in IRB.  That could be bad.

Mind you, I can't *think* of one off the top of my head, but that's what
other smart people are for.
