I couldn't find mail in ruby-talk.  Please show a reference.

Your definition in [ruby-core:12917] is not enough for
RubyGems issue.  Who is Matz relying on this area?

Since I don't know it, I can't understand "core team" in
this issue.  So I can't understand what you say.
